Andrew Cunningham
I have been a resident of Southern California, all of my life and my background in the laundry industry spans 41 years. I have owned and operated, built, remodeled, bought, sold laundromats and consulted with others on their laundromats.
In 2010, I recognized the laundry industry was getting more complex and one unfortunate result of that complexity was that ordinary people, who wanted to start their own business in the industry, were struggling to get a foothold. Recently, within the last decade I began to recognize the emergence of Wash, Dry and Fold as an additional revenue stream in the laundry industry. Wash, Dry and Fold services with or without Pick Up and Delivery, is coming into its own. It is a substantial generator of income, just waiting to be exploited.
The need for honest and competent laundry consultants who are experts in all aspects of laundry including the Wash Dry Fold service line has never been more important. With this need in mind, I founded my own business, Andrew Cunningham Enterprises, LLC. It is my platform for meeting people who want to be their own boss, own their own business, and become fiscally successful. I am both a Broker and a Professional Consultant.
Beverly Kay
Since 1999, Beverly Kay has been in the “dirty laundry business”. Being hands-on in a business is not new territory for Beverly. She has had ownership in a laundromat, hotel and storage unit rentals, and the ATM business.

When her laundromat business burned down she began to share her fluff and fold expertise with other business owners. She took her misfortune and turned it into an opportunity to help others succeed using her special “Beverly Kay Way” formula.
Among her array of recognitions, being the President of the Coin Laundry Association twice, and now sitting Director is due to her expertise in the field and formal business acumen.

Beverly is an active industry member, contributing to magazines such as Planet Laundry, Coin Laundry News and Fabricare Dry Cleaning Institute, and a frequent featured speaker in the laundry business community seminars and commercial trade shows. It’s evident this business is her passion and she is a strong force to create opportunistic changes for business owners in the industry.
