​I am Andrew Cunningham. I am a Broker and Professional Consultant. I have owned laundromats and operated them personally. I have been in the business for 40 years. As a professional Consultant, I guide others who want to own and operate their own laundromat. Understanding the direction of the industry, the rising demand of a maturing service line with substantial income potential, I sought out Ms. Beverly Kay, of Beverly Kay Laundry Consulting & Training because when it comes to starting or perfecting a Wash Dry and Fold service line, no one does it better than Ms. Beverly Kay. Our commitment is to provide information, training, guidance to anyone who wants to start, perfect an existing Wash Dry Fold program with or without Pickup and Delivery.

We would love to have the ability of well-known, long time proven and well-run, customer-oriented associations. We respect them for what they have done and how they help others in our industry. One day, we hope to be as robust in our services as they are today. We will get there.
